Meet Our Registered Dietician

Melanie Baker, MS, RD, LDN

Through a comprehensive intake assessment to understand your goals and health history, Melanie will guide you through exploring your reasons for change and determine which approach will work best for you.

Her services include individual nutrition counseling with periodic follow-up. She utilizes a motivational interviewing approach to allow clients to understand and express what best motivates them to make behavior changes, as well as the ‘stages of change’ model to determine how ready/prepared they are to make changes.
