Wilcania has been in the mental health field for over 9 years helping culturally diverse clients in various settings. She motivates clients to improve their overall wellbeing by addressing mental health challenges and increasing healthy coping skills. Wilcania focuses on creating a safe space where clients can openly communicate their struggles, fears and emotions without judgement, allowing for healing and self-discovery. She utilizes a collaborative approach in therapy to empower clients to be an active participant in treatment by working together to identify goals, resources and coping skills.
