Maria White

Maria White, LCSW

Maria is passionate about creating therapy partnerships that
recognize clients as the experts in their own lives, tailoring
therapy to each individual’s own pace. Maria views physical and
mental health challenges through a lens of social justice. She
values non-pathologizing approaches such as Internal Family Systems
therapy, which maintains all humans are made up of a variety of
parts and there are no “bad” ones, only ones that have been hurt or
forced into extreme protective roles. Maria supports clients in
building relationships with their various parts.
