Shawn Blagden, LMHC
Shawn meets clients where they’re at as she provides unconditional
positive regard to help people feel safe, heard, and seen. She
offers tools that empower people to explore their thought life and
discover the origins of their mental health disturbances. Shawn’s
clients learn the skills they need to self-regulate their emotions,
increase their self-worth & strengthen their relationships. Shawn
recognizes we are in a mental health crisis, she uses solution
focused techniques with IFS to help clients achieve their goals,
live with ease, as they begin again.
