This group meets in person for one hour weekly over the course of 10 weeks, creating a consistent, supportive environment where participants can process their grief, gain coping skills, and connect with others who are experiencing similar emotions.
As a closed group, each group is comprised of the same individuals every week, allowing for deeper connections and greater understanding of each person’s unique grief journey.
